Ownership and management of the Hotel Ancora is now in the hands of the Anzanello family, who proudly and passionately carry on their entrepreneurial dream.

Radical renovation of all the common areas and most of the rooms.
A heated swimming pool facing the sea in the new terrace overlooking the beach, a second and new panoramic lift, a completely new bar, a completely redesigned lobby and an enlarged dining room with beautiful windows overlooking the sea are constructed.

Hotel Ancora acquires a fourth star.

Construction of the underground garage with the innovative solution that allows access thanks to a combination of a rotating base and a car lift. Overall important investments that go to increase the comfort and the level of services offered by the structure.
